CHITTAGONG: A Chittagong court Thursday issued arrest warrant against 13 officials of Unipay2U, including its chairman and managing director, for cheating a huge amount of money.
Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate passed the order to arrest them by July 19 in two separate cases filed against the company high-ups.
An investor MAH Saddam filed the case accusing 10 persons of the company for swindling about Tk 51 lakh, court sources said.
Moreover, another investor Sarwar Uddin filed case accusing 5 persons of the company for cheating nearly Tk 15 lakh.
On May 29, the court issued arrest warrant against 30 officials of the company following four cases filed against them.
