DINAJPUR: A minor drowned in a pond at Hothatpara village under Sadar upazila of the district Monday.
The deceased was identified as Habib, 2, son of Chan Mia of the area.
Sources said Habib fell down while playing beside the pond and later he was found floating.
Officer-in-Charge of Kotwali Thana confirmed the matter to banglanews.
