No admission test for MBBS, BDS

DHAKA: The students who expect to take admission in medical colleges can take admission as per their results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC).  

The government has already decided to take admission in MBBS and BDS degrees for public and private medical colleges of the country without admission test.

The decision came from a meeting of Health Ministry held at secretariat Sunday with Health Affairs Minister AFM Ruhal Haque in the chair.

The meeting sources said a gazette would be published on the admission for medical colleges soon.

Health Secretary Humayun Kabir and higher officials of the ministry attended the meeting.
