Khaleda returns early Monday from Saudi

DHAKA: Opposition Leader and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia will return home early hour Monday at the end of her tour of Saudi Arabia.    

She would arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka at 2:30am in the night by a flight of Qatar Airways, said Khaleda’s assistant personal secretary M Suratuzzaman.

BNP chairperson’s adviser Riaz Rahman, former foreign secretary Shamser Mobin Chowdhury, press secretary Maruf Kamal Khan, private secretary Saleh Ahmed, personal photographer Nuruddin Ahmed Nuru accompanied her.

After performing Holy Umrah, Khaleda took treatment at King Saud Hospital of Riyadh.

On June 15, the BNP chairperson and ex-PM left for Saudi Arabia as a royal guest of the Saudi king Abdullah.
