PABNA: A woman was electrocuted in Pourasava Para area of Ishwardi Municipality in the district on Tuesday noon.
The deceased was identified as Rekha Khatun, 26, wife of Enamul Hossain.
Ishwardi Municipality Councilor Mosharraf Hossain told banglanews that Rekha was electrocuted at around 12:00pm while she was putting wet clothes on the wire to dry up.
Later, she was admitted to Ishwardi Upazila Health Complex where duty doctor declared her dead.
