DHAKA: Communications and railway minister Obaidul Quader said there will be no unusual train schedule after Eid as the authority concerned has already been given order to keep the schedule regular.
He said, “We will maintain the regular schedule of Dhaka-bound trains at any cost in order to ease the sufferings of people.”
He came up with the determination while talking to journalists after visiting the Kamlapur rail station on Saturday morning.
While his 30-minutes stay at the station, he talked with the passengers and heard their complaints.
Meanwhile, asking West Zone railway general manager Ferdous Alam to keep the schedule regular, he said, “Otherwise you will be transfered from your post.”
