KHULNA: At least five students were injured in a factional clash of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) at Khulna City College Wednesday.
Witnesses said supporters of BCL campus unit leader Alimul Zia and Manik locked into a clash at around 2:00pm following a previous enmity regarding love affairs, leaving five activists injured from both sides.
Officer-in-Charge of Khulna Sadar Thana Shahabuddin Azad told banglanews that additional police forces were deployed on the campus to avert further untoward situation.
