DHAKA: The International Crime Tribunal-2 adjourned the hearing on framing charge against ex-minister Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid for his alleged crimes against humanity during 1971 liberation war till May 30.
ICT-2 led by Justice ATM Fazle Kabir passed the adjournment order Tuesday.
On June 29 in 2010, Mujahid was arrested along with former Jamaat Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami and Jamaat leader Delawar Hossain Sayedee on charges of hurting religious sentiments of Muslims through their blasphemous comments.
On July 13, Mohammad Kamaruzzaman and Abdul Quader Mollah were arrested from the High Court gate in a murder-and-arson case filed with Pallabi Thana by an injured freedom fighter in January 2008.
