DHAKA: Finance Minister AMA Muhith categorically said the government has taken initiative to formulate ‘National Integrity Strategy Paper’ following donors’ pressure to prevent corruption in the country.
The finance minister came up with the disclosure while talking to journalists emerging from a meeting in this regard held at secretariat in the city Sunday.
AMA Muhith said, “The final draft of the strategy paper will be uploaded in website for public opinion and later it will be sent to cabinet for approval.”
The ruling Awami League lawmaker said the strategy would play a vital role to establish accountability in public and private organizations.
