GAIBANDHA: At least 15 workers were injured in a clash between two groups of transport workers over establishing supremacy in Mahimaganj area under Gobindaganj upazila of the district on Sunday noon.
Witnesses said that supporters of Mahimaganj Motor Shramik Union general secretary Labu Mia and former Shramik leader Hakim Mia locked into a clash following a previous enmity between the leaders at local bus stand over establishing supremacy, leaving at least 15 men injured of both groups.
On information, police rushed to the spot and took the situation under control.
