DHAKA: New television channel ‘Channel 24’ is set to start broadcasting formally from May 24, Thursday.
The ceremony of opening of the channel will be held at 7:00pm by broadcasting live programme from the channel premises.
Information and Cultural Affairs Minister Abul Kalam Azad will inaugurate the channel, while Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury is expected to attend the inaugural ceremony as chief guest.
Senior producer of the channel Nazmul Huda Shapla confirmed the matter to banglanews24.com.
