SAVAR, DHAKA: A Mobil factory named Shafin Lubricant caught fire in Jadurchar area of Hemayetpur under Savar Thana on Saturday morning.
Fire service officer Parvez Akhter told banglanews that the fire originated after boiler explosion while refining the burnt Mobil in the factory around 8:45am.
On information, a unit of local fire service rushed to the spot around 9:00am and brought the blaze under control after an hour long frantic effort.
Sirajul Islam, owner of the Shafin Lubricant, confirmed the matter to banglanews.
