DHAKA: Lawyers on Wednesday brought a judge of Women and Children Repression Court down from his dock following an altercation with a senior lawyer of Dhaka BAR.
The incident took place in city’s Women and Children Repression Court-4 centering a hearing on the day.
The untoward situation took between Judge Arifur Rahman and lawyer Abu Sayeed following the altercation.
When contacted, Arifur declined to talk to media on pretext to occupational restriction.
Dhaka BAR President Advocate Borhan Uddin told banglanews that they would take decision over the matter in its executive meeting.
