DHAKA: Opposition BNP joint secretary general Ruhul Kabir Rizvi was shifted to BIRDEM hospital from Central Jail Hospital.
Rizvi’s wife Anjuman Ara Ivy confirmed the matter to banglanews.
She said, “The court considered our plea and granted to admit him to hospital as pain increased in some of his body parts which sustained bullet wound.”
On June 10, Rizvi was admitted to central jail hospital as he felt pain in chest and other parts of the body.
On April 30, Detective Branch (DB) of police picked up the BNP leader while he was returning from Naya Paltan central office of the party.
