DHAKA: Election Commission (EC) on Saturday finalized new schedule for dialogue with 38 registered political parities.
The dialogue will be held between November 26 and December 4 at EC conference room at 10:00 am everyday, said a news release of the EC.
The 7-day long discussion will be held on delimitation of election constituencies and updating of the voter lists aiming the upcoming national polls.
The EC planned to sit with the political parties in different meetings.
EC has invited the ruling party Awami League on November 29 while the main opposition BNP was invited to sit for dialogue on December 2, sources said.
The registered political parties will be invited for talks in phases.
Prior to this, the EC sat with Non Government Organisations, senior journalists and civil society members for the same purpose.
