2 siblings drown in Patuakhali

PATUAKHALI: Two minor siblings drowned in a pond in Bhikakhali village under Mirzaganj upazila of the district Monday.

The deceased were identified as Tapash, 8 and Jibon, 6, sons of Dilip Hawlader.

Teacher of Bajita High School M Shamsul Haque said they drowned in the pond adjacent to their house while playing and were found dead.
