CHITTAGONG: Acting President of Ekattorer Ghatak Dalal Nirmul Committee Shahriar Kabir said verdict against Abul Kalam Azad alias Bachchu Rajakar will remain as an example in the history.
The killing of 30 lahks of people in the war of liberation is being established through the verdict, he also said.
Shahriar Kabir came up with the observation while sharing views with the reporters at the Press Club in the city.
He also demanded completion of all the trials procedures soon.
On January 25, International Crimes Tribunal-2 awarded Bachchu Rajakar capital punishment for his involvement in crimes against humanity during the war of liberation in 1971.
