DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will inaugurate a specialized website for the holy Quran at Osmani Memorial auditorium in the city on Friday morning.
The website has been developed by Religion Ministry involving Tk 60 lakh.
The website includes Bangla, English and Arabic versions of the holy script along with pronunciation and translation.
It also contains audio and visual contents.
Religion Secretary Abdul Awal made the disclosure while talking to journalists on Wednesday.
He said the digitalization of the holy book started in December in 2010 following the Prime Minister’s directive.
