N Korea plans ‘high-level’ nuclear test

DHAKA: North Korea plans to undertake a third nuclear test and more long-range rocket launches which will be targeted at its ‘enemy’, the United States.

Its Defence Commission was quoted as saying by state news agency KCNA Thursday, reports The Straits Times.

‘We are not disguising the fact that the various satellites and long-range rockets that we will fire and the high-level nuclear test we will carry out are targeted at the United States,’ the country’s top military body said.
