If you’re in a time crunch but want to create a polished style, opt for a hairline braid like American actress, singer and dancer Dianna Agron’s.

We love how her simple plait adds texture to her strands without being fussy.

For this style, second-day hair works best since it’s not as slippery.

Grab a section on either side of your natural part and start braiding along your hairline.

Once you’ve reached your ends, secure your plait underneath the top layer of your hair with a bobby pin.

Wear the style with your hair down to add earthy texture to your look, or sweep your strands back like Agron’s for a more buttoned-up feel.
