DHAKA: Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) urged the government to take steps for controlling or stopping the export of daily essentials ahead of Ramadan.
A source from FBCCI said to prevent unnecessary price hike and ensure supply, FBCCI urged the government to take necessary measures.
A FBCCI press release reads: “FBCCI will support and assist with all out efforts to control market price and supply of daily essential.”
“The export of essentials commodities should be stopped or controlled in ensuring uninterrupted supply and reasonable price of essentials,” it added.
