Minor drowns in Natore

NATORE: A child drowned in a pond while taking bath in Khajura-Sreepurpara under Naldanga Upazila of the district on Friday noon.

The deceased was identified as Sezan, 7, class-I student of Khajura Govt Primary School, son of Mukta Pramanik, of the area.

Family members told banglanews, Sezan drowned in the pond at noon while he was taking bath.

Later, his body was found at around 4:00pm floating on the pond water.
