The court has ordered police to produce him before it. Meanwhile, the authority concerned was directed to take the help of Interpol, if needed”

On December 16, 2012, an investor named Ashraf Siddique filed the case against the 43 accused with Mohammadpur Thana.

The government stopped the functions of Unipay2U in 2010 alleging cheating with its investors.

On January 28 in 2011, Bangladesh Bank seized at least 200 bank accounts of the agents of Unipay2U, allegedly for suspicious money transactions.
