Are You Cheating On Your Diet? Do you go out for snack breaks alone?: Most of us have this misconception that if no one has seen us eating, then we have not made any diet mistake.

But your body`s metabolism will not agree with your silly rationale! If you have gorged on a creamy pastry hiding away in a corner, it will still show on your waist! The compensation rule: When you really want to eat something that is forbidden by your diet, then you tell yourself that you will eat it now and compensate for it later. That is absolutely fine. But the problem is that you tell this to yourself everyday!

So, basically you end up not losing any weight but putting on some more. I was tired: When you are tired and hungry, you just want something to pop into your mouth. Usually, the most readily available food is junk food. So, you eat junk and justify it by saying that you were tired. If you have done this even once, then you are cheating on your diet. Eating while stressed:

Do you really believe that the food you eat while you are stressed doesn`t make you put on weight? Well that is a ridiculous logic! If you are going to treat yourself to chocolates when you are upset, then you will never end up losing weight.

It is big diet mistake. I feel weak: That is another excuse that diet cheaters give themselves when they want to indulge into a bit of eating. If you are following the right kind of diet, then it should make you energetic not weak. So, either change your diet plan or else don`t lie so brazenly! These are some of the signs to know that you have ignored diet rules. So do you think you are cheating on your diet?
