CHITTAGONG: A case was filed with a Chittagong court against six persons, including Chittagong Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Andus Salam, over tragic incident of under construction flyover girders collapse that claimed 15 lives.
Flyover project director AKM Habibur Rahman also was made accused in the case.
Secretary General of Bangladesh Citizen Rights Foundation Lion Advocate Jadob Chandra Shil filed the case with Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Nur-e-Alam Bhuiyan.
The court asked the Officer-in-Charge of Chandgaon Thana to look into the allegation.
