COMILLA: Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel handed over the Assistant Sub-Inspector, who was allegedly picked up from Gilatali Zero point on Comilla border, to Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel at 4:00pm on Wednesday.
