DHAKA: Opposition BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said anti-government movement of the opposition would get new dimension after Eid-ul-Fitr.
He came up with forewarning while talking to reporters after paying tribute to the party founder Ziaur Rahman on Saturday morning.
Mentioning Prime Minister’s remark in favor of a corrupt person (Abul Hossain) is mysterious, Fakhrul said, “The government has taken U-turn over Padma Bridge issue. Anti-government movement will get new dimension after Eid.”
The anti-government movement of opposition party would not be stopped by attacking and filing cases, he told the government.
BNP joint secretary general Barkat Ullah Bulu Juba Dal president Syed Moazzem Hossain Alal and general Secretary Saiful Islam Nirab also were present during the time.
