Khaleda to distribute relief in Ctg

CHITTAGONG: Opposition BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia is likely to distribute relief among flood victims in the district on Saturday.

The decision came from a meeting of local BNP leaders on Friday night.

According to meeting source, the opposition chief will distribute relief goods among the distressed family members of Akbar Shah Colony landslide victims.

Later, she will distribute relief among flood victims of Chandgaon area at about 5pm, said party source.

 A meeting source said BNP chairperson is scheduled to arrive here on Saturday noon.

She is set to leave Chittagong for Feni on Sunday morning and distribute relief among flood victims.
