7 cops awarded in Bogra

BOGRA: Seven police personnel were awarded for their special contribution in maintaining law-and-order situation in the district.

Police Super of the district Mozammel Haque PPM distributed the awards among the police personnel at a meeting on law-and-order situation ahead of Eid Saturday.

The awardees are Bogra Sadar Police Outpost In-Charge Sub-Inspector Manjurul Haq Bhuiyan, Bogra Sub-town Police Outpost Sub-Inspector Enamul Kabir, Sadar Thana Assistant Sub-Inspector Abdul Jabbar, Shahjahanpur Thana Sub-Inspector Touhidul Islam and ASI Alamgir Hossain, Dupchachia Thana Sub-Inspector Abdur Rashid and ASI Mohammed Musa.

Addressing the function, the police super said the trend of giving recognition would remain continued.

Additional Police Super Abu Sayem and Abdul Waresh and Senior Assistant Police Super were among others present at the function.
