DHAKA: Opposition BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir hoped that the unrest in the country would disappear within the holy Ramadan.
He came up with the hope in an Iftar Party arranged by G-9 in Eskaton area the city Saturday.
Fakhrul said, “Country is witnessing a tough time and the countrymen want to get rid of it.”
The Iftar party was attended, among others, by BNP standing committee member Dr RA Gani, MK Anwar and Professor Dr Moniruzzaman.
