Stocks showing negative

DHAKA: Trading on the country’s two bourses is underway showing antipathy in share-price indices on Tuesday.

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) general index shed over 25 points minus to stand at 4,663 at 1:37 pm.

Trade deals stood at 26,496 with transaction at Tk 789 million. Of the issues traded, 58 advanced, 155 declined and 31 remained unchanged.

EXIMBANK topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 47 million having changed hands during the time.

Chittagong stocks also followed the suit, with the CSE Selective Categories Index climbing down to 8,850 by dropping over 51 points at 1:37 pm.

Out of the issues traded, 26 gained, 103 declined and 37 remained unchanged.
