DHAKA: A school girl reportedly committed suicide by taking poison in capital’s Kadamtoli area on Sunday morning.
The deceased was identified as Jannatul Busra, 13, a class seven student of Ruhit Nagar High School.
Family sources said Busra took pesticide at about 10am. Later, she was rushed to Dhaka Medical college Hospital where on-duty doctor declared her dead.
However, the reason behind her suicide could not be known immediately.
