From Guangzhou (CHINA): The cost of cancer treatment in China is just one-fourth compare to Singapore.
Simultaneously, treatment service and care of the modern hospital of Guangzhou is more friendly and attractive.

Along with increasing the mental strength of the patients there are several other measures to combat the disease.

The chairman of the organization Lin Zhi Cheng made the disclosure while talking to visiting Bangladeshi journalists in a press conference organized at the Headquarters of BOAI group, one of the leading business concerns in Guangzhou of China.

Bangladeshi patients should take treatment at Guangzhou Modern Cancer Hospital, he advised.
He informed that in this hospital thirteen methods are followed to treat various types of cancers by amalgamating the traditional Chinese and Western medicines.

Immunotherapy is one kind of treatment. The main conception of this kind is to increase the resistant power in the body of the patient to fight cancer. Due to it, there is little side-effect in the patients’ body resulting in acquiring more ability in fighting cancer.

A much talked treatment is Cryotherapy. In this method, the affected portion or the whole tumor in the patients’ body is transformed into ice and then that ice piece is made non-functional.

More elaborately the method is that the temperature of the affected part is lowered down to 120 degree Celsius by pushing two types of gas (Hilium and Argon) into the tumour.

Then the tumor is transformed into hard ice piece and broken into pieces. The remains of the destroyed pieces of the tumor come out of the body within two months time with urine.

The following are the treatment methods of cancer in the Modern Hospital----PET/CT (able to detect 90% tumor), Green Camotherapy ( new type of chemical treatment), Indo-particle knife (destroying tumor by directive method), Aondojenic Magnetic Field Thermotology ( destroying the tumor cell by heat), Interventional therapy cuts tumor blood supply (destroying tumor cell by stopping blood circulation), Minimally invasive aujand targeted therapy with combination of Chinese aujand Western medicine (use dual force instead of single force in combating the tumor), Body cell immune therapy (treatment of cancer through organic method), Photodynamic therapy (treatment through the particles of light) Photon Knife (three dimensional radio therapy), Targeted gene therapy (destruction of the cancer roots through gene therapy), Cryotherapy (Variation of temperature for transforming the tumor into ice to kill the germ.

Through human body resistance is enhanced naturally and then it is flushed out of the body), RFA (the tumor is crushed by heat. Tumor is transformed into liquid and then destroyed).

When asked about their interest about Bangladeshi patients, Lin informed that the economy of China was not good before twenty five years. At that time, people did not get proper treatment. The treatment facilities increased with the introduction of Reform Policy in 1978.

Now, we have sound economy paving way for modern treatment facilities. On the other hand, many Bangladeshi cancer patients go abroad for treatment. We want to provide them treatment at a less cost. That is why, we show interest about Bangladesh.

Lin informed that in 1989 BOAI group set up a hospital which got ISO certificate in 2000. This Modern Cancer Hospital was founded in 2005 and became a member of Union for International Cancer Control in 2012.

Meanwhile, a number of Bangladeshi patients received treatment at this hospital and one patient of Chittagong is undergoing treatment now here in this hospital, Lin informed.
There is a separate desk for Bangladesh in this hospital and it has an office in Bangladesh, he said.
When, on behalf of banglanews, a proposal was given to Lin to charge less from the Bangladeshi patients, Deputy General Manager of the hospital Tu Jhiang Ning said he would take necessary measure in this regard.

Earlier, the journalists group consisting of six, including banglanews visited different departments of the hospital. The media group was also shown the method of crushing tumor through a projector.

When asked whether they want to set up a cancer hospital in Bangladesh, they showed interest about the proposal and added that if anyone in Bangladesh becomes interested, their planning would be hastened.
