DHAKA: Twenty-eight Bangladeshi nationals were sentenced to six-month imprisonment as they had confessed to intrude into India.
The illegal immigrants were staying around Kolhapur, reports Indian national daily The Hindu.
The convicts will be deported to Bangladesh after completing the jail term. Meanwhile, the police have continued their drive to find illegal immigrants staying in the city.
