DHAKA: The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) Monday case against three people, including two Rajdhani Unnayan Kartipakkha (RAJUK) officials, for giving approval to construct a building in a water-body ignoring Detailed Area Plan (DAP).
Deputy Director of the ACC SM Shahidur Rahman filed the case with Motijheel Police Station.
The accused are Deputy Urban Planner of RAJUK Abu Hasan Mortuza and its Designer Anisur Rahman Sarker and a residence of Ahmedabad of city’s Sabujbagh Saiful Bari Khan Tutul.
According to the case statement, Tutul and his accomplices sought permission from RAJUK for using 38.8 kathas of land in the area in 2011.
