Friend kills man in Khulna

KHULNA: A man was killed allegedly by his friend over trifling matter at Bagmara village under Rupsha upazila on Tuesday night.

The deceased was identified as Shohag, 26, son of Liakat.

Rupsha Thana OC Ashraf Hossain told banglanews Shohag’s friend Bappi stabbed him at one stage of altercation at about 10pm. Later, Shohag died on the way to hospital.

Bappi went on hiding after the incident.
