GAIBANDHA: A Housewife was killed in a road crash at Beltoli area under Sundarganj Municipality area of the district on Friday.
The deceased was identified as Shyamoli Rani, 24, wife of Uttam Kumar, residence of Shantiram village of the Upazila.
Police sources told that she was rammed over by a tempo while the fringe of her shari got looped with the wheels and coiled with her neck which pulled her down from the tempo, leaving her injured critically.
She was rushed to Sundarganj Upazila Health Complex where doctor declared her dead.
