SYLHET: The ruling Awami League General Secretary Syed Ashraful Islam on Thursday said the government does not have any plan to ban the politics of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami.
“The government does not have any plan to ban the politics of Jamaat. But, the trial of crimes against humanity will be completed soon,” he said.
The local government and rural development minister came up with the assertion while talking to journalists after a rally organized by the party at Biswanath upazila.
