NOAKHALI: A construction worker was killed in Chatkhil upazila sadar of the district early Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Arif, 25, son of Fazlur Rahman, hailed from Dipnadi village of Bhola district.
Officer-in-Charge of Chatkhil Thana Nazmul Haq told banglanews that Nazmul fell down from the fourth floor of a under construction building while he was working there, leaving him critically injured.
Later, he was rushed to Noakhali Medical College Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries, he added.
