DHAKA: The High Court on Tuesday directed authority concerned to handover the two cases over Aminbazar six-student murder incident to Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).
The court also asked the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to implement the order within a week.
A bench comprising Justice Farah Mahbub and Justice Abdur Rab passed the order following an appeal filed by Advocate Md Tajul Islam.
The court also directed to finish the investigation within four months, Tajul told banglanews.
