CHITTAGONG: Police in a drive held three drug peddlers with 1000 pieces of Yaba tablets from Shegunbagh Canteen Gate area of the port city early Sunday.
The detainees are Abdul Gani, 38, Shaker, 25 and Harun, 19, of Teknaf.
City Police Additional Deputy Commissioner Mostaq told banglanews, “Actinf on tip off, we held them with 1000 pieces of Yaba tablets from Shegunbagh Canteen Gate area around 12:30 am.”
Pahartali police outpost caretaker MD Arifuzzaman Khan said, “We have filed case against them and they will be sent to the court.”
