DHAKA: The young tigers confirmed their position in the quarter-final of ICC under-19 cricket World Cup by beating Namibia on Thursday.
The tigers took a triumphant seven-wicket victory over the Namibia team after packing them for 151 runs in the last match of Group D in Australia.
Namibia won the toss and decided to bat and scored 151 runs losing all wickets in 49.4 overs at Peter Burge Oval in Brisbane.
Bangladesh achieved 155 runs losing 3 wickets in 37 overs and won by 7 wickets.
Liton Das`s blistering 70-run contribution helped Bangladesh to beat Namibia.
