DHAKA: A Dhaka court on Wednesday granted bail to 20 leaders and activists of Jatiyatabadi Shwechhasebak Dal in seven cases filed against them for vandalism and cocktail explosion.
The Judge of Dhaka-26 no Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court passed the order after hearing their bail pleas.
They are Shwechhasebak Dal acting President Monir Hossain, acting General Secretary Ali Reza and Organizing Secretary Shafiul Bari Babu.
Earlier, the High Court asked them to surrender before the lower court and seek bail in seven cases filed against them under Paltan and Matijheel Thanas.
