RU: Professor Dr. Shahidullah, former chairman of Rajshahi University English Department, has been appointed as the director of university’s Institute of Bangladesh Studies (IBS).
Confirming the matter, RU vice chancellor professor Dr. M Abdus Sobhan said, “He has been appointed for three years.”
He joined university’s English department in 1983 after completing his master degree from the same department.
Besides, he stayed in Australia, England, America and India for higher study.
