Bhutan King due on Feb 11

DHAKA: On a 9-day visit, the 5th and current reigning Dragon King (Druk Gyalpo) of the Kingdom of Bhutan Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck will arrive here on February 11.

He along with his queen will visit Sundarbans and Cox’s Bazar on those days.

He became king on December 14 in 2006 being crowned on November 6 in 2008.

He was the world’s youngest head of state until 2011, surpassed by Kim Jong-un of North Korea.
