Indian PM condoles Ashulia, Ctg tragedies

DHAKA: Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressed his condolence on the loss of lives in Ashulia RMG fire and Chittagong flyover collapse tragedies.

The condolence message from Prime Minister of India the loss of lives in Ashulia and Chittagong reads as below:

“We are deeply saddened at the loss of lives resulting from the fire in a garment factory at Ashulia near Dhaka and in the Chittagong flyover accident.

On behalf of the Government and the people of India, I convey to you, and the people of Bangladesh, our sincere and deepest condolences on these tragedies.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the bereaved.

Please accept, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration.”
