DHAKA: Trading will resume in Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) on Wednesday as the technical problems at Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) was solved Tuesday.
CDBL and HP worked jointly to solve the problem.
HR and special project officer of CDBL Salauddin Haider confirmed the matter to banglanews.
Earlier in the day trading was suspended in the two bourses due to the technical problems at CDBL.
DSE took the decision at an emergency meeting in the morning.
Earlier on Monday night, CDBL technical officer Md. Ahsan told banglanews about the technical fault at CDBL.
On Monday, most of investors alleged that they did not get their portfolio related information due to technical fault at CDBL.
Some 236 Brokerage houses or Merchant Banks, out of 238, faced the problem.
