NATORE: Miscreants killed a CNG-run auto-rickshaw driver and snatched away the auto-rickshaw in West Bypass area in front of Girls’ College of the district on Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Kalu Mia, 32, son of Aslam, resident of Kanaikhali Ghetto of the district town.
Officer-in-Charge of Natore Sadar Thana Abdullah Al Mamun told banglanews that Kalu left his house with the auto-rickshaw. Later, locals found a stabbed dead body, he said.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to hospital morgue for, he added.
