DHAKA: Nobel Laureate Professor Dr Muhammad Yunus visited the house of acclaimed writer Humayun Ahmed’s mother to pay condolence at her son’s departure.
The microcredit pioneer, also founder of the Grameen Bank, arrived to her city’s Pallabi residence around 4:20pm Sunday.
The economist also expressed his profound shock and gave console to the children of the writer.
Cartoonist and editor of Unmad, also younger brother of the departed writer, Ahsan Habib confirmed the news to banglanews.
