Sharif Enamul swears in as PSC member

DHAKA: Former Vice Chancellor of Jahangirnagar University Sharif Enamul Kabir sworn in as a Public Service Commission (PSC) member on Thursday.

Chief Justice M Muzammel Hossain administered the oath at his office.

Chairman, members and secretary of the PSC and senior officials were present at that time.

Enamul was appointed as VC of Jahangirnagar University in Feb 2009.

He was forced resign amid student protests on May 17 for his alleged involvement in corruption and irregularities.
